Cacao Nibs

Sometimes called “Mother Nature’s chocolate chips”, cacao nibs are cacao beans that have been hulled and roasted in preparation for candy making. One of the premier superfoods out there, nibs are filled with antioxidants. An excellent dietary source of magnesium, they also contain healthy amounts of calcium, iron, copper, zinc and potassium. Similar in texture to coffee beans, but with a distinctive chocolate flavour, they’re great in baked goods, smoothies and even salads.
